These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk995 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk995 website located at https://tk995.io and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming product made available on the platform.

• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active tk995 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. Upon successful registration, tk995 will open a player account in your name. The following terms govern the management and operation of your account:

• Login credentials: Your username and password are personal and must not be disclosed to any third party. tk995 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): tk995 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA to protect your account. tk995 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where 2FA was not enabled.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk995 immediately at [email protected].
• Account currency: All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk995 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. tk995 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your last verified payment method. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or rule violations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

tk995 provides a range of local and international payment options to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. tk995 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will notify players of material changes via the platform or registered email.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay credit to your tk995 account balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, available 24/7. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 2–6 hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Verification requirement: tk995 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered and verified in the player's own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.
• Source of funds: tk995 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited to the platform as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

Players must not use tk995 as a money transfer mechanism. Any attempt to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity may be treated as money laundering, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

tk995 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions on the platform:

• Welcome bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount is determined by the active promotion at the time of deposit.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. tk995 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where tk995 determines that a palpable error has occurred.
• Palpable errors: tk995 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Winnings from bets placed on clearly erroneous odds may be withheld pending review.
• Maximum winnings: tk995 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all product categories. Maximum limits are published within each betting market or game lobby.
• System errors: In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, tk995 will make reasonable efforts to honour settled outcomes. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, tk995 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets (including live cricket ball-by-ball markets) may be suspended or removed at any time at tk995's discretion. Bets already accepted before a market suspension will be settled according to the applicable rules for that market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk995 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any tk995 content without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tk995's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. tk995's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The tk995 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk995 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or availability of any platform feature or service.

tk995 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk995 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

tk995 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• tk995 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Continued provision of services to you would expose tk995 to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon account termination, any pending withdrawals to verified payment methods will be processed, provided the funds are not subject to a pending investigation or forfeiture determination. Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-withdrawable upon termination unless explicitly stated otherwise.
